By accessing or using Socialoop ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Socialoop Inc.

Payment & Billing
Certain features of the Service require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Key billing terms:
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice
- Failed payments may result in service interruption
- Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Socialoop Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
